Is meal prep for me?

It's definitely not for everyone, as you will eat the same meal up to three times a week. That's why I made the meal plan as exciting and tasty as possible. It's probably not for you if you value variety over convenience. It might also be too complex to do this for a big family. It's ideal for 1 or 2 people that want to eat healthily and save time. If that's you, I recommend you try it :)  

I've never tried meal prep, can I still use this plan?

Absolutely! It's very beginner-friendly and includes a meal prep guide with recommendations on how to start, prepare and store your food.  

Can you make a custom meal plan for me?

Unfortunately not. But please tell me what you need/miss and I'll consider it in my next meal plan :) You can pitch me your ideas here:

I have a pre-existing medical condition. Can I use this?

Please consult your doctor before ordering. Plant-based nutrition is beneficial for a lot of medical conditions, but not all.  

Will I lose weight with this?

Guaranteeing weight-loss would be sketchy, as everybody is different. The meal plan is designed to provide maximum nutrition with moderate calories. If you stick to it, positive results for your body weight and overall well-being are likely. It is not a crash-diet but a balanced, nutritionally complete meal plan.  

How many days is this meal plan?

It's a 4-week meal plan, with 28 recipes and 4 shopping lists from Monday to Friday. It includes a meal prep guide for beginners.  

Does this meal plan contain gluten, soy, nuts, sugar, oil...?

It does contain gluten, soy and nuts. Please message me about your specific allergen. It's 100% plant-based and does not contain any animal products like dairy, meat or honey. It's also sugar-free but some recipes do contain oil. Using it is optional though.
